About Me

I am a London native/Los Angeles based Hair and Makeup Artist/Department Head with over a decade in my field and skills in all areas of hair and makeup, including strong skills in Male GroomingWigs and Makeup FX. My work spans equally across both the TV & film world and the music & fashion world which has allowed me to incorporate a wide range of skillsets and comprehensive design into all my work, leading me to win Best Styling in a Music Video at the 2018 prestigious UK Music Video Awards for my work on the video ‘If You’re Over Me‘ by Years & Years, as well as receiving a nomination the previous year for the video ‘Tyburn Jig’ by Police Dog Hogan. I also won Best Makeup at the 2018 Unrestricted View Film Festival for my work on film ‘Another Game’ directed by Riyad Barmania.

With a huge passion for film from a young age, I trained in film production for 2 years before deciding that makeup and hair was the route I wanted to take. I trained at the London College of Fashion, where I studied all areas of hair, makeup and special makeup effects. Since then, I have trained in various specialist areas of hair and makeup including prosthetics with Neill Gorton at Gorton Studios, period hairstyling with Emmy nominated Lou Sheppard at Pinewood Studios and barbering at the award-winning Hair for Men Academy. Continuous training is something I value very highly – you can never have too much knowledge!

The art of storytelling through makeup is something that has always compelled me as an artist, as has my deep appreciation of color and texture and using the face as a canvas. I have had the privilege of working with talents such as The Weeknd, Bad Bunny, Lebron James, 50 Cent, Bishop Briggs and Finneas; for channels such NBC, CBS, BBC, ABC, Disney & Netflix and for brands such as GucciStella McCartney and Rag & Bone. I am also a proud member of the Emmy’s Television Academy.
